What can I say about a sweet natured
mixed chow/shepard, loveable brown
gentledog. Rex has been driven to board
either overnight or for Day Care in
the red “RexMobile”. That is a SUV
for you uninformed. His Mom, is a retired
computer programmer for a major
insurance company here in the area.
Rex first came to visit us when they
were moving and he hadn’t quite got
the hang of staying inside his new yard.
He was lonely and missed the
friend he used to share a fence with.
Rex’s Mom is very picky about the boy
and his accomodations as well as doing
all the right stuff. They did
try out a few other places before
coming to see us. It was love at first
glance and he has become a regular.
She only feeds him dry doggy food with
a few good pup treats..no table for
this big fella.
Rex comes in with his schedule of
day care and overnighters all on a
calendar sheet so we don’t get confused.
He's grown to love coming daily and has
been known to fuss if his Mom
doesn’t move fast enough in the
morning....hehehehehe
We are glad to be his home away
from home.
UPDATE
Well Rex's home has moved again and the
family has grown with the addition of his
two-footed niece "Abagail". Nana Phyllis does
the nanny duties 5 days a week and Rex visits
home on the weekends. Rex was Pet of the Year
in 1998.
