on a solid foundation. In 1948 Master Painter Ross O'Neal Sr. began performing
the art of painting, wall covering and decorating. The tradition has since
been handed down to his son Ross O'Neal Jr. who has continued to expand
the business which specializes in industrial, commercial and fine residential
painting and decorating. Ross O'Neal Jr.
is an instructor of decorative painted techniques. He is formally trained
in the French, English and German techniques of Trompe L'Oeil effects,
Wall glazing, Wood graining and Marbling.and
runs a school called The
OCI School of Decorative Painted Techniques.
Since incorporating in 1979 O'Neal Coatings
Inc. has proudly painted many fine homes and notable businesses.
The company undertakes complex restoration gilding and decorative painting
projects throughout the United States as well as industrial and commercial
projects. We employ only skilled painters who know their craft exceptionally
well. Our painters pay particular attention to detail. The men and women
who work for O'Neal Coatings Inc. are prompt, clean and courteous.
We use only the best quality paints and materials. Your investment may
