The
following documentation should be provided by each applicant with your application:
(Originals or very clear copies are acceptable.)
- Most recent two years W-2's
- Consecutive paystubs covering the most recent full month
- Name, address, and phone number of all employers during past
24 months, with according time periods
- Three most recent monthly statements for all depository
accounts including checking, savings, money market, certificates of deposit, etc.
- Most recent quarterly statements for brokerage accounts,
401k plans, pension plans, IRAs, etc.
- Name, address, and phone number of current/previous
landlord(s) for past 24 month period (if applicable)
- List of all current credit obligations (i.e. mortgages,
credit cards, car loans, student loans, personal loans, home equity loans, credit lines,
etc.) Please list the full name, address, account number, monthly payment, and outstanding
balance for each debt
- Copy of Agreement of Sale (this applies to purchase
transactions only)
- Copy of Deed or Legal Description, if readily available
- Copy of current Homeowners Insurance Policy OR name and
phone number of Insurance Agent
- Credit Report Fee in the amount of
$65.00 made payable to:
Mortgages First Associates, LLC.
