The Company is managed by an efficient team of professionals under the stewardship of  Mr.D.C. Pader having an experience of 46 years and is the Managing Director of the company.  The company was started in the year 1978, and it is the only tannery at Aurangabad which went into production in the year 1981.  The tannery started producing the best Lining Leather in the world  from Raw Sheepskins and has won continuous Outstanding Export Performance Awards and Certificates of Merit from the State Government of Maharashtra from the year 1981 to 1988.

In the year 1986 the ban on Export of White Lining Leather made the M.D. think of expanding his production, and taking a step further forward for the value addition. He took the wise decision of going into the production of Finished Leather Sheep Nappa suitable for Leather Garments.  Though it took almost 2 years to get the tannery back into the groove of making the best Sheep Nappa comparable to any Sheep Nappa available from U.K. and Europe.  It started making 3,00,000 Sqft per month of Garment Leather and once again started receiving Outstanding Export Performance Awards and Certificates of Merit from The State Government Of Maharashtra from the year 1989 to 1997.Our Company is Rated No. 6 in the List Of Top Exporters in The Western Region during the Year 1996-1997. The company now Exports to clients in almost all the countries of the world.  Our bankers are Indian Overseas Bank, situated at Lady J. Road, Mahim, Mumbai 400 016.

A short history of the activities of the tannery which is situated at Aurangabad which is 400 Km South East of Mumbai,and is well connected to Mumbai with 2 flights daily by air and 2 trains daily by rail.  and a city with historical importance as it has the duplicate Taj and the Ellora, Ajanta caves, which are one of the 7 wonders of the world. The tannery is situated in 65 acres of Agricultural land and it has a most  Modern Effluent Treatment Plant.  The best thing about it is that the Effluent Treatment Plant treats the tannery waste water which is then reused into the tannery.  Thus there is a zero emission of Effluent by the tannery. 

The tannery also has agriculture activities and grows fruits such as sweet limes, guava, coconuts, papayas and bananas.  Wheat and  Maize are also cultivated and all this farming activity is done by conventional as well as latest methods. In the conventional method the Ox are used for ploughing, tilling and sowing the field and in the latest technique, the drip Irrigation method is used for watering the fruit trees.
