Brief Facts about
Enrich International
In 1972, Ken
Brailsford and some
family members pooled
their resources,collected $1,050, and
decided to start a business.
An aunt, whose husband claimed
to have conquered bleeding ulcers by taking a teaspoon of
cayenne pepper every day, hit on the idea of putting the foul-
tasting substance in capsules.

Ken and his family hand-encapsulated the cayenne pepper. A true entrepreneur, Ken then packed
his homemade product into a VW Bug and went on the road, marketing the pepper to grocery and natural food stores all across Utah.
Soon after trying this traditional
method of distributing his new product, he
quickly abandoned it and chose
network marketing as a way to not only effectively distribute the
product, but to further bless the lives of those who used it.
He started a direct-sales company and began
selling cayenne and other herbs through
multilevel channels. The company soon
reached millions of dollars in sales. In 1979, Ken sold
his stock in the company to run The Herbalist, a
magazine he had established several years earlier.

In 1985, Ken purchased an eight-year-old company named Nature's Laboratories, which he later
renamed the Enrich Corporation, to signify the profound effect the company's products had on both those who use them and those who sell them. Using network marketing to distribute his products—in effect, bringing the store to the customer—Ken quickly led Enrich to global status. Today, thousands of Enrich International Distributors are actively bringing the good news of increased health and wealth to friends and neighbors around the world.
