The funds are confirmed directly by
the bank (a major world bank) to be clear, clean and unencumbered.
We can arrange board resolutions,
appointment to the board of directors, etc. In other words, these are YOUR
funds to use in YOUR transaction. WE DO NOT SHARE OR PARTICIPATE IN YOUR
PROGRAM! We will also assist with preparation of letter of appointment,
letter of intent and any other corporate documents that you may require to
expedite your transaction successfully and speedly.
Funds can be delivered / released in
exchange for an acceptable 106% + 2% or a 108% bank guarantee.
Fee structure as follows:
3% for 15 banking days validity.
Extensions (up to 11) are possible for 30 day periods at a cost of 2% per
extension.
Again, we do NOT
share or participate in your program (this means no Joint Ventures or
similar).
Procedures as follows:
You will prove to us that you have
the arrangement fee readily available in cash, on deposit, in YOUR own name,
in your own account. Then, you will be met in Europe, where all the details
will be worked out.
The
company's attorneys, a major lawfirm, will confirm capacity to provide such
bank confirmation, face to face, and confirm that this is a bonafide,
legal, professional and successful business, being carried out on a regular
basis.
Upon your COMPLETE
satisfaction, contracts will be executed.
You will then place the bank/emission fee in escrow with an independent,
major UK lawfirm. The bank will then issue the funds confirmation, usually
within 36 hours. It is sent bank to bank, or, to a major lawfirm. Any
required corporate documents are provided.
