Most of Veritas instructors have not taken the GMAT or scored in the 99th percentile: The instructor who taught the Tysons Corner class in Virginia admitted to the group that he was a SAT tutor and had not taken the GMAT ever. Chris Kane, who teaches Veritas Prep GMAT class in New York is a rock climbing instructor who has never taken the GMAT, Frankie Beecroft who teaches Veritas Prep GMAT course in Chicago has never taken the GMAT and has never been to Business school. Veritas Prep hires its unqualified, part-time instructors by running ads on Craigslist where people shop for used furniture and one-night stands. Veritas has no standards for hiring instructors although it falsely claims that its instructors have ALL scored in the 99th percentile. All hired instructors are 'interviewed' over the phone, sent Veritas Prep third-party sourced GMAT prep materials, and told to show up to teach. Veritas Prep actually relies on the gullible GMAT students to vet its instructors, and Veritas Prep is so desperate to find warm bodies to show up to waste your time, unless a tutor decides to leave or not show up, all its bottomfeeders are kept on contractor payroll. Veritas Prep uses YOU as the guinea-pig to determine whether its part-time, unqualified instructor is up to any good. Nearly ALL of Veritas Prep GMAT instructors have never taken the actual GMAT and have never set foot near a Business school. Be aware of Instructor Scam perpetrated by Veritas Prep GMAT company.
Veritas Prep GMAT is running on its home page a testimonial from Lawrence M. Rudner, who worked with GMAC for a period of time and who now takes money from anyone to write positive endorsements for them, but does not disclose that Larry Rudner took MONEY to write the testimonial. Manhattan Prep aka Manhattan GMAT is also featuring a testimonial from this con-artiste. Larry Rudner, without mentioning that Stacy Koprince paid money to Larry to write the endorsement. Now, Larry Rudner is part of the gang of scammers out to take your money for GMAT prep. Watch out.
According to Rob Stringham's Linkedin profile, he worked on contract with Veritas Prep GMAT until 2010 as instructor, and he now works at LDS Church human resources center. His resume shows that Rob Stingham is no longer associated with Veritas Prep GMAT course but the fraudster - Chad Troutwine - is up to his mischief again in claiming that the instructor for GMAT courses in New York will be Rob Stringham. Either Rob Stringham is breakig his LDS Church oath to be truthful in his Linkedin profile or Chad Troutwine is plain lying, the pathological liar that he is.
Veritas Prep obtains most of its GMAT, GRE, SAT, and ACT prep materials from third party sources. Those prep materials are not representative of actual GMAT or GRE or SAT/ACT content. None of its practice tests is its own. There are lots of errors in the materials, and the answer key is incorrect. If you work and train with garbage, you will achieve garbage results on GMAT - Garbage In, Garbage out (GIGO). Be smart. Avoid Veritas Prep courses.
Do not be surprised that you show up to attend a Veritas Prep course and there is no instructor to 'tutor' you. Veritas Prep has no standards for hiring its instructors, and many classes are held in which no instructor shows up. If you call Veritas Prep, you will be given a run-around and you will not receive any credit for those tutorless classes. Veritas Prep is a scam operation. Beware of scam operation conducted by Chad Troutwine who is in Los Angeles making gay porn movies while his 'wife' - Sylvia Park Troutwine - is screwing her clients as lawyer and answering Alabama booty-calls.
"I taught Veritas Prep course in Bangalore, India but was hired without any interviews and even though I had not taken the actual GMAT. Chad Troutwine who spoke to me on Skype from his LA office told me that I should not disclose to anyone that I had not taken the GMAT and should pretend that I had scored 99th percentile scores. I was given a video by local affiliate and told to view it and then was ready to go. I then left for Australia to pursue my Master's degree and tried to teach GMAT in Sydney. But Veritas prep had another instructor in Sydney who had not taken the GMAT either but is still teaching the courses for Veritas Prep. Veritas Prep is a total fraud.
