since many SMEs are under developed in corporate governance, reporting,
company skills and legal or accounting background to forsee and plan contingency
strategies to maintain solvency or liquidity, therefore some

General Credits requires all non listed companies to have either a clear Capital Recovery mechanisim or provisions for semi-securitisation to offset Capital Dilution upon Investment Recovery.

This means there may be a greater comfort factor with investing in our customer corporations
than with some unlisted Public Companies on a straight equity basis.
A semi-secured portfolio convertible to equity does make commercial sense.
