You hereby agree that if you see an old female dragon crossing the street, you will aid her. You also, by filling out this form, agree to feed the needy dragon, clothe the...never mind, and be a friend to the dragon sitting in the corner all alone. Is this too much to ask? If everyone can agree to do this wholeheartedly, then maybe we can give the dragons enough courage to return.
