 Shipping Instructions

  1. Wrap the hard disk in an anti-static bag or packing, original packing or in a storage case.
  2. Place the hard disk in a corrugated shipping carton or shoe box allowing a minimum of 2" of space around the hard disk.
  3. Fill the empty space with packing foam, thermocol, bubble wrap or tightly padded newspaper.
  4. Place company cheque or Demand Draft for recovery fees and the signed Data Recovery Authorization Form in the carton.
  5. Seal properly with packaging tape.
  6. Dispatch the hard disk only through a reliable courier to prevent "In Transit" damage.
