..this is the way it was told to me... Joey Marengo first opened the restaurant in 1950. It was called the Yummy Yum Cafe. In 1953 or so, a family bought it and called it Paul's. They had it for about 2 years or so, then in 1955 our very own Orley May from Orley's Hot Beef Sandwich shop bought it and his sons Fred and Doug ran it for about 4-5 years, then sold it to Buck and Dale. They had a tough time keeping it working so they asked Orley to help them build it up again. This is where we came in. My Father was working for Fibreboard paper mill and one day I guess my Father and Mother heard Buck and Dale say that they wanted to sell, so need I say more... We have been here since 1960.
