PROFESSIONAL STAFF AT CARIBBEAN DIALYSIS (BARBADOS) INC. Dr. George Nicholson is the Medical Director of CARIBBEAN DIALYSIS (CD). He is Professor of Medicine and Nephrology at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill, Barbados) and Director of the Haemodialysis Unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Barbados' only tertiary health care institution. This relationship permits easy access to the hospital-based facility in unusual or emergent circumstances. Dr. Nicholson has 29 years of experience in providing dialysis in the Caribbean.

CD's nursing staff has a combined dialysis experience of 32 years. Their work has drawn compliments such as: "THANKS FOR EVERYTHING ... CD's Consulting Engineer has 20 years' experience in the establishment and maintenance of dialysis units in the Eastern Caribbean. He was responsible for the establishment of the haemodialysis unit at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
