I came to Complete Body Fitness to help me lose some weight and strengthen my entire body up for ski season. I began with small weights but worked my way up to the big ones. Terry really helped me with my posture and cardiovascular conditioning as well. I smoked and could not run down the street with out being totally out of breath. Terry got me running and before long, I have competed in several 5k running races. I am now training on my own, now that Terry gave me the confidence and knowledge of proper weight lifting and proper nutrition. Thank you very much Terry & Complete Body Fitness

We all joined Complete Body Fitness on July 5, 1999. In the first month we each lost between 5-12lbs. After 3 months we each had lost 20-30lbs. Now it has been almost 5 months and each of us has lost between 25-40lbs EACH. Together as a group we have lost a combined total of 115lbs, That's a Small person!
