SPORTS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAMS

We offer Sports Enhancement Programs for various sports. We sit down with you and review your current level of performance, experience, injuries, nutrition, time schedule and your personal goals. We then do an extensive evaluation on posture, balance, stability, muscle strength, muscle endurance, body composition, cardiovascular conditioning and body bechanics. We also do a video analysis of you performing your sport and breaking down each element of the movement. We highlight any strengths or weakness you may have. After we complete the evaluation, video anaylsis, and various test, we then sit down with you and develop a program to help you reach your GOALS!
