Fitness Classes are for those individuals who want to share the gym facilities with a few other participants,(This also means lower cost to each participant). Each participant is focused in on his or her own specific goal, while exercising together. Some participants goals are to lose weight, gain weight, become ripped, gain strength, gain balance, become explosive, etc..., no matter what your goals are you can obtain it within the program!!! Each program comes with a Complete Fitness Analysis, Body Composition, Metabolic Testing, VO2 Testing, weigh-in, measurements and a nutritional & diet analysis. We do re-assessments every 30days and weigh-ins every Monday. We provide you with a nutritional program specifical designed for you and your goals.
