Shipping damage claims can only be made within 3-days from delivery date (courier will pick-up damaged items at your door, pack in original cartons for inspection). Please inspect all components immediately when delivered or wave the delivery insurance coverage. Tip: Give speakers 21-days of normal use to break-in, then final judge how they sound. The limited warranty covers factory production electrical defects for the original owner's registered purchase date. Built to last, extremely difficult to burn out - no driver burn out warranty is offered. Warranty repair shipping is not covered - add a $25 check (per subwoofer or speaker) to the carton for return shipping. Insure properly packed in original carton speaker shipments for full value.
