Exam Fee : US$ 20 per month (payable by students of
grade 6 onwards)
Tuition Fee (per annum) US$ 2,400 (payable in 4 equal instalments as
follows):
First Instalment (US$ 600) Payable at the time of admission
Second Instalment (US$ 600) Payable by December 5
Third Instalment (US$ 600) Payable by March 5
Fourth Instalment (US$ 600) Payable by June 5
FEE RULES:
A half-tuition fee concession shall be given to the second and the third
child. This facility shall not be available to non-Azeri children.
The fees shall have to be paid in U.S. dollars.
Those parents who find it convenient to pay the fees every month, instead
of the quarter, may do so with the approval of the director. However the
fees for the months of June, July and August shall have to be paid by them
with the fees of June i:e by 10th June without fail.
Fees shall have to be paid by the 10th of the month whenever due. After
the10th a late fee charge of $2.5 per day shall be levied upto the 20th of
the month. After this date, the late fee shall be doubled. By the 1st of
the following month if the fees and the late fees surcharge remain unpaid
the name of the student shall be struck off the school rolls and he/she
shall be re-admitted only on payment of $200.00 U.S dollars as re-admission
fees alongwith the arrears of fees and the late fees surcharge.
A student shall not be allowed to sit for the mid-term or the final
examination unless he has cleared all the outstanding dues.
Fees once paid are not refundable
A child admitted during the month shall have to pay full fees for that
month.
