The Visayan Maritime Academy is facing new challenges. As the year 2,000 approaches, a new partnership, new alliance has just been formed among the section of the student body, the parents council and the Administration. The primary goal of this partnership is to produce a new breed of the maritime Industry. The Board of Trustees is committed to continuously improve its facilities, introduce new programs for the faculty and prepare the students in meeting the requirements of the Maritime Cadets. Provisions of quality education is our thrust and our main concern in the employment of our graduates. We pray to God Almighty for his blessings so that we can achieve our objectives.
