are comprehensive. We utilize a three phase approach to
Self-Evaluations and Transition Plans.

Phase I - Physical Access Audits & Report of Findings
(on-site audit of all facilities)

Phase II - Program Access Evaluations & Report of Findings
(Review of all program & employment policies - Staff Trainings)

Phase III - Transition Plan
(Final Plan with timelines, priorities, estimated costs)

Final Reports are provided in both hard copy and in fully cross referenced digital version on CD-Rom. Transition plans offer printable reports with variable searches for our clients based on cost, priority, responsible parties and other items. Completed items are recorded and archived.

All fees associated with the performance of services and preparation of reports are based on a reasonable scale and are negotiable prior to performance of work.


*Expenses*

All expenses associated with the performance of services and
preparation of reports are considered billable and included
in all proposals.

All travel expenses, including lodging; meals, accessible
ground and air transportation and other travel related expenses are considered billable and included in all proposals.

* Some facilities may require the assistance of a personal attendant. While there is no hourly fee charged to the client for the attendant, their travel expenses are included in the cost of the project.
