Dr. Randy G. Wagoner, has been invited to speak at the 2003 Association of Public Safety Communications Officers
(APCO) East Coast Regional Spring Conference.
The conference will be held at the Sea Crest Resort in
North Falmouth, MA on Cape Cod -- May 12-14, 2003.
Dr. Wagoner will speak on ADA Title I & II Compliance for 911 Communication Centers and will also give his signature lecture, "Belly Buttons, Belt Buckles and Backsides" a lighthearted but informative look at disability awareness and acceptance.
Some Consulting Firms, over the years, have seen the potential market in ADA Compliance services. They seem to attend an ADA training, get certified as "inspectors" or "specialists" by organizations with NO ADA Implementation or Enforcement authority and then add ADA Compliance to their list of "expert" services.
We don't specialize in anything but Access and ADA Compliance. We don't sell software or portable ramps or build accessible housing. The ADA isn't an afterthought or a gimmick for us. Most of our staff are people with disabilities, so the ADA means something to us personally, its not just a paycheck or another client's name added to the list and that shows in our work and in our reputation.
