Chris keeps the paperwork straight and everything running smoothly. She has been involved in business administration for 15 years in both the non-profit and commercial sectors. Working up through various clerical jobs has given her the insight to be a skilled administrator.

Chris is extremely computer literate and has produced many corporate publications, reports and presentations for both internal use and as marketing tools.

While not formally selected as a particpant, she did attend the National ADA Training and Implementation Network, Federally approved and sponsored training as a guest and thus benefits from the training as well. She has provided ADA Compliance Consulting services for Wagoner & Associates, Inc. for nearly 15 years.

Chris copes with environmental and chemical allergies as well as chemical asthma contracted at a former job.

Chris earned her Doctorate in counseling in 2000.

Graham is a great team leader because he is truly motivated. Give him a task and it is soon completed, if not improved upon. Graham joined us from the law enforcement and investigative field and his keen eye and attention to detail are great assets.

Graham has two degrees; one in sociology and one in criminal justice. He is a former police officer and detective with 10 years experience in investigations.

During his career, he investigated thousands of cases and assisted the U.S. Secret Service on two occasions with executive protection during local visits by President William J. Clinton and HHS Sec. Donna Shalala. He is the President of Seneca Private Consulting and Investigative Services.

He also has a background in restoration of residential and commercial structures, bringing them up to code or returning them to their original, historic condition.

Michael is our jack-of-all-trades. He brings to us years of experience as a disabled veteran and small business owner.

Having operated successful landscaping and property management businesses for over 18 years, he has a wide range of skills and experience.

Mike is a thinker and always the dreamer, which often keeps us from limiting ourselves with traditional thinking. Mike constantly reminds us to think outside the box.

Bill is a 17-year veteran Police Officer who sustained a traumatic head injury in the line of duty in 1989. He attended Baltimore Community College in 1977 majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Bill keeps in touch with his law enforcement roots by serving as a Justice of the Peace and a Bail Commissioner, acting as an Officer of the Court.

He is a former Vice President of Unlimited Horizons USA, a non-profit corporation providing necessary medical equipment to low income people with disabilities.

Bill is currently the Assistant Mayor of the City of Lebanon, NH and served for 4 years on the City's ADA Advisory Committee. He is also a Consumer Specialist/Mediator for the NH Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Bureau.

Bill's personal and professional experience is invaluable to the Wagoner & Associates, Inc. team as is his generous sense of humor.

Hayley also joins us from the Law Enforcement field where she worked as both a Patrol Officer and an Investigator. Her outgoing personality and sense of humor put people at ease quickly.

Hayley is very much the outdoor type and assists us with projects involving outdoor recreation among other things. She and her husband have a house full of animals including dogs, cats, birds and horses.

Hayley's husband, Jeff Raitto and his daughter Jess also assist with compliance work from time to time.

Fred comes to us from the Fire Service and brings 10 years experience as a Fire Fighter and Lieutenant. He is also an experienced training officer which certainly helps out with all the trainings that we do. He has 8 years experience working in the manufacturing field.

Active in his community, he has served on the local volunteer EMS squad and is a well recognized face in the public safety community.

Fred is a Compliance Consultant with Wagoner & Associates, Inc. who is motivated, interested and always ready to help.

Jess is new to Wagoner & Associates, Inc. A former Pre-Law student at Syracuse University, she is most recently from the financial field.

Jess's energy and attitude keep us all on our toes and we know that she will prove to be a great addition to our Compliance Team.

Married a little over a year ago, she and her husband, our own Fred Cummings, are expecting their first child.
