R. Graham Baynes Jr., Senior Compliance Consultant
Graham is a great team leader because he is truly motivated. Give him a task and it is soon completed, if not improved upon. Graham joined us from the law enforcement and investigative field and his keen eye and attention to detail are great assets.
Graham has two degrees; one is sociology and one in criminal justice. He is certified as a full time police officer in the state of New Hampshire and worked for six years as a Patrol Officer and Investigator. He is the President of Seneca Private Consulting and Investigative Services.
He also has a background in restoration of residential and commercial structures, bringing them up to code or returning them to their original, historic condition.
Graham was, until recently, also the caregiver for his grandmother while her physical health slowly declined forcing her to move to a continuing care facility.
Compliance Team Information
Our Compliance Teams present a professional image in your place of business. Each team member is provided with clothing and photo ID's that clearly identify them as Wagoner & Associates, ADA Compliance Team Members. Staff members that are assigned to facilities with security issues have completed an extensive background screening and Criminal History check.
Wagoner & Associates is very proud of the reputation our staff has earned over the years. We are one of a very few Compliance Firms in the country to be comprised mainly of People with Disabilities. We are also members of the National ADA Training and Implementation Network, a joint project of the US Department of Justice and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Many of our staff members have a background in Law Enforcement and Investigation, providing them with extensive data collection and report preparation skills.
Each team is equipped with digital cameras and voice recorders that download directly into their laptop computers and is then incorporated into their survey software. We also use measuring equipment in the field specifically designed to simplify the collection of accurate ADA compliance information.
All of this technology allows us to speed up data collection and report preparation right in the field, without placing accuracy at risk.
