Compliance Team Information

Our Compliance Teams present a professional image in your place of business. Each team member is provided with attire and photo ID's that clearly identify them as Wagoner & Associates, ADA Compliance Team Members.

Each team is equipped with digital cameras and voice recorders that download directly into their laptop computers and is incorporated into their survey software. We also use measuring equipment in the field specifically designed to simplify the collection of accurate ADA compliance information. We continue to explore new technology that will simplify the survey process while ensuring accuracy.

All of this technology allows us to speed up data collection and report preparation right in the field, without placing accuracy at risk.

Pricing for large-scale projects are determined based on square footage
(approx. $.25 to $.75 per sq foot) and the specific details of the project.

Smaller projects are based on the following customary hourly costs (per staff member):

$50.00 per hour - small businesses with 1 - 249 employees
$100.00 per hour - large businesses with over 250 employees

Report Preparation Time

$ 40.00 per hour - small businesses
$ 80.00 per hour - large businesses

Court Appearances
$5000.00 for Covered Entities

All expenses associated with the performance of services and preparation of reports will be considered billable and included in all proposals.

All travel expenses, including lodging; meals, accessible ground and air transportation and other travel related expenses would be considered billable and included in all proposals.

* Some facilities/staff may require the assistance of a personal attendant. While there is no hourly fee charged to the client for this service, travel expenses are the responsibility of the client.
