Our scripted order taking facility allows your customers to place orders when you are not in the office. You can leave up to three outgoing messages asking for details such as name, address, credit card number and expiration, product or service they are interested in... As soon as the order has been placed the information will be posted in to your voice mail box and you will be paged or called immediately to notify you about the order.

Fax on Demand

If you are unavailable at forwarded number, system will offer option to remain on hold until party is available, to try another extension, or transfer to voice mail to leave a message. When the system finds you, it will notify you that you have a call for "Sales" or "Support", etc, "Do you want to accept this call?" If you do, you simply press any key and answer your call appropriately.

Call Queueing
If no-one can take a call because your lines are busy, FreedomOne will queue the calls, and your callers will hear a message telling them their position in the queue, and giving them the option to remaining queue or to leave a message.   >
