A Courtesy Deposit Transfer Service is available that will allow you to retain all of
your project's equity and profits. Fund transfers to the Client's bank of choice are made in the form of high interest Certificates of Deposits. Client will be required to submit a completed Bank Loan Application. A Globe Angel Investor Connection Service offering benefits above and beyond your
initial project funding request. With this service funding commitment and
closing can occur within 45 days. Self Funding up to $100 million dollars, for any purpose, without Lender or Investor involvement. This does not entail a self-liquidation loan. Lending Group will provide initial loans between $5 and $50 million dollars.
Projects requiring more than $50 million will receive the balance in subsequent installments. Re-application is required for installment loans. Disbursement of funds in installments is a standard practice that often increases your chances of obtaining full project funding to 90%. Otherwise, the chances of funding $50 million plus projects all at once diminishes to less than 7%. With the necessary paperwork completed, funds of this magnitude can be provided within 15 business days.
