Tendering this signed registration form and a reservation deposit indicates that you accept the terms of this agreement. 
Those who are not physically fit because of heart disease, serious chronic or contagious illness, physical handicap, pregnancy, or infirmity are recommended not to participate in such a hunt. We recommend that you consult with your doctor and have a full physical examination before taking part in this venture. Identify any physical restrictions or limitations regarding your activities below, or attach a separate document identifying any special health considerations that may affect your well being during your stay with us.

Rates and Deposits:
American Plan:   $1250.00 U.S. Funds (6-day Hunt Sun - Fri) 
Non-Hunting Guests:    $750.00 U.S. Funds (6-day Hunt Sun - Fri)
Safari Plan:   $1000.00 U.S. Funds (6-day Hunt Sun - Fri) 

All hunts require a $500.00 deposit per person to confirm a reservation. You may increase your deposit or make payment in full at time of registration.   The balance of your fee is due on your arrival at Timmins.

Prices are set the previous November. The effects of inflation, the prices we pay for fuel, labour, equipment, etc. sometimes alter the cost of a particular hunt. We regret that we cannot simply absorb these cost increases. We must reserve the right to alter our prices accordingly whenever these costs require such alteration. However, we guarantee that within six weeks of your scheduled hunt there will be no increase for any reason providing full payment has been made. 

All hunts are six days in duration beginning Sunday through Friday night, with departure Saturday morning. Accommodations are always "tent outpost" conditions, and consequently, private quarters are not available. Clients are expected to provide personal transportation during the hunt and are responsible for all licenses and export fees required for this venture. 

Should, for some reason, you be forced to cancel your reservation, we will allow your deposit to be transferred to a person taking your place provided that s/he complies with the terms of the original reservation agreement. Refunds due to a cancellation of a reserved hunt are strictly limited as follows:

  •  On written notice prior to 120 days of the scheduled start date, a refund equal to fifty percent of your individual deposit will be made. 
  •  On written notice less than 120 days of the scheduled start date, the deposit will be forfeited due consideration given that we have forgone other economic opportunities and have incurred costs through the handling of the reservation. 
  •  Should you cancel while the hunt is in progress, no refunds will be made. 
  •  Should you cancel, we reserve the right to fill your reservation with another person from our waiting list or previous client list. 
A package containing a confirmation of your reservation, deposit and statement of the balance due upon your arrival, is sent to you on receipt of your deposit. The package also includes Maps, Required Equipment List, and Hunting Regulations Summary, and answers to any questions you may have included with this form.
