Butter tarts with sugar

Ingredients
pastry for tart shells or prefrozen shells

1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tbs lemon juice
1 cup raisins

directions 
Cream butter till fluffy add the sugar and eggs

and beat till paler in colour and very light
add the lemon juice or other flavouring of your choice add the raisins spoon into tart shells filling about 3/4 full Bake at 400 F for about 20 min or till done Butter tarts without sugar Ingredients pastry for tart shells or prefrozen shells 1/4 cup butter 1 cup splenda 2 eggs 2 tbs lemon juice 1 cup raisins directions Cream butter till fluffy add the splenda and eggs

Sugar free Jams

Jam recipes using splenda and sugar free pectin
Basic Steps
1. Crush the fruit and cook it with a small amount of water
2. Add the splenda untill desired sweetness
this will vary for each type of fruit
3. Slowly add the pectin stirring constantly i used a wisk to make sure it was blendeded properly
4. Cook for about 2 minutes untill i had the right consistancy for jam
stir constantly while cooking to prevent the jam from burning
to test put a spoonfull of jam on a saucer and put it in the freezer
after a few minutes remove the plate and see if the mixture forms wrinkles the tipped
5. When mixture is the right consistancy hot pack immediatly in sterile hot jars
6. Place lids on and tighten
Following are the amounts of fruit and splenda for the different fruits

PLUM
4 qts of yellow plums pitted
4 cups of splenda
2 pkgs of sugar free pectin

PEACH
6 qts of ripe peaches that measured 5 cups when peeled and crushed
1 cup of splenda
1 pkg of pectin
