If we sold it to you we can deliver it to you. No order is too small, no order is too big. Orders under $400.00 are delivered for a nominal charge of $20.00 within 1 mile of our shop, $30.00 within Hudson County, $75.00 plus tolls for New York City and Staten Island. Shipments over $400.00, but within Hudson County are free. Shipments over $1,000.00 are free within 40 miles of our shop within State of New Jersey. Shipments over $10,000.00 are free within the State of New Jersey. The same policies apply to out of state shipments, but tolls however, are billed at cost. All of our trucks are equipped with dump mechanisms, so if your material is suitable for dumping onto your job site, it can be done at no additional cost. All deliveries are defined as "Sidewalk Delivery", which means that it is the customer's responsibility to get the material into his house. We will only get the material off the tailboard of the truck.
We have all the necessary equipment to service the products we sell. We cut lumber, we cut plywood, we cut drywall, we cut acrylic sheets. We even cut doors, and when your needs require cutting a door beyond its designed width or height, we even rebuild them to be as good or better than they were when they came from the factory.
We don't
just cut keys, we duplicate them with either a conventional cutting machine,
or cut by code (without the original).
Need something we don't have? We can and will special order it for you. We won't take advantage of you by pricing specials at higher margins than the regular goods. We do it quickly, efficiently, and give every special order the attention they deserve.
You don't have to lug your purchases around the block, or from one end of the building to the other. Tell us what you want, pay for it, and we will gladly bring it to your vehicle, load it and tie it securely for you.

We stock: dummy sets, passage lock sets, privacy lock sets, entry lock sets, storeroom lock sets, classroom lock sets, mortise lock sets, single sided dead bolts, double sided dead bolts, pad locks slam locks, UL listed lock sets, handicapped approved lever sets. In a variety of finishes, a variety of back sets, in a variety of keyways.
We service
everything we sell. Would you like to have your new lock keyed to
your existing key? We can do it while you wait. Would you like to
have every lock keyed differently, but 1 master to open everything? We
can do it while you wait.
Do you
have more than 1 location, and would like to create several levels of masters,
so that 1 master opens each location, another master opens each section,
and yet a third opens everything. We can't do that while you wait,
but can turn it around in a day or two depending on the level of sophistication
you require. Do you change locks often, because of lost keys, breached
security. We can configure a lock that can provide 3, 4, 5 or even
6 key changes by turning a key, no need to remove the lock until all combinations
are used. Kwikset, S. Parker, Ultra, Schlage, Arrow, Baldwin, Segal, Corbin, Master, American, Adams Rite, Simplex, Marks, Omnia, PDQ, Mul T Lock, Yale, are but a few of the name brands we stock. Whatever your budget, we stock or can get the lock that meets with your requirements.
Wooden I Beams, Laminated Veneered Lumber, Joists, Hangers, Nails, Screws. We need roughly 72 hours, and we can get you what you need.
From 1 5/8 x 1 5/8 to 1 5/8 x 3 5/8, we stock 10' lengths in track, and 8', 10', 12' lengths in studs, we also stock 7/8" Furring channel, (hat track). Our stock thickness is 25 gauge, 20 gauge and thicker is special order and available with a 10 day lead time.
We feature Congoleum products, and have well over 100,000 square feet in stock in over 50 colors. We stock vinyl cove base in 4' strips and 100' rolls.
We have 15 colors of residential self adhesive tiles.
We feature Henry Adhesives for the floor tile in sizes appropriate for the contractor.
Locks, hinges, brackets, nuts and bolts, caulk, insulation, tools, drill bits, door closers, viewers, spring hinges, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, salt calcium chloride, whatever your needs, we stock it or can get it quickly, just tell us what you want, we do listen.
Portland, Concrete Mix, Sand Mix, Mortar Mix, Masonry Cement, Sand, we feature Sakrete brand materials, and stock adequate quantities to tackle almost any job.
We also stock Bull floats and trowels to add the finishing touch to your job.
We stock, 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" Southern yellow pine, and Fir plywood in flooring and sheathing grades, 3/4" Birch in Furniture grade, and 5.2mm Luan. We cut to size, and can deliver any quantity to your job site.
We stock 90 lb roll roofing materials in Black and White. We feature name brand coatings, cements, and papers. We also stock torch down, and SIS roofing all at competitive prices.
