Meeting was called to order by Vice President Mary Tropeck @ 8:15 pm
Board members present: Donna Graham, Mary Tropeck, Jodi Bobin, Tom Bobin, Jeanne Hamiliton, Vicky Burkey and Madeline Lewellyn.
Minutes read:
Treasurer report: on file with Treasurer Mary Tropeck
Membership report: Voted in for interim membership were: Gayle Kirkwood, Bev Tomei and Kristi Hudak all by unanimous vote. Donna will take over membership after all dues are received for ’08.

Jotter: no report
Programs: Vicky said she will stay on as program director.
Awards & Fundraising: Will need to find chairman for awards and fundraising as Tammy Schaas resigned.
Old Business: Jodi to call Cooper’s
New Business: New Officers: Donna Graham, Pres., Jeanne Hamilton VP, Jodi Bobin Sec., Mary Tropeck, Treas.
Much discussion on fall show site and show secretary…decided to take the easy road and shoot for Northmoreland for 07 fall show. Donna to check to see if the site is still available. Pat stated she would send the application to Donna. Donna to call Beth and relieve her Show Secretary will look into interim member Ann Walker. Donna to ask Ann if she would be interested.
