subtracting your age from 220 multiplying your answer by 60%
and by 80%. The lower number suggested a safe rate for
beginners while the higher number would be your goal as tour
fatness level improves.

life, and is the muscle that pump oxygen-reach blood to the
rest of your body. Aerobic exercise increase lung capacity and
strength of the heart muscle. Aerobic can also increase your
body level of HDL, a substance that carry a heart damage
cholesterol out of the blood stress. Aerobic also lower high
blood pressure. Many people who suffer from high blood
pressure, a leading cause of heart disease, can help controls
their high blood pressure by a regular program of aerobic.

weight control:
we gain weight because
we take in (by eating) more calories than we burn off (by
activity). Its best to Combine diet and exercise to loss
weight and keep it off. Aerobic are particularly helpful for
weight control. Walking can burn up to 210 calories per hour,
while a more vigorous activity, like handball can burn up to
600 calories per hour. Don't you think aerobic can burn duple
than that calories???
Aerobic and
stress reduction:
Following a regular
aerobic program gives you a sense of commitment and control-
two positive mental attitudes that help counteract stress.
Aerobic also relax tense muscle, therapy completing and
relieving your body stress response. Medical research has
shown that regular aerobic activity increases the body
production of endorphins, ( a natural sedative) and
catecholamines (chemical substance that helps stabilized
mood).
Step Aerobic
Class:
An aerobic step class is a form of supervised aerobic exercise
that utilizes a bench to intensify
movements, as a stairway would intensify walking. Usually done
in time to music.
Dance Aerobic
Class:
An aerobic dance class is a form of supervised aerobic
exercise utilizing dance patterns to intensify movements and
to motivate those participating. Usually done in time to
music.
