The AOL (America Online™) triangle logo is the property of America Online Inc. The ICQ logo is the property of Mirabilis Inc. Any alterations to these logos are completely inappropriate and may warrant a TOS infraction (like what happened to me!), demerit, or expulsion from the AOL service, a $1Billion dollar fine, 365 days in jail, McManus singing aloud MeatLoaf's Anything For Love and/or all of the above. Since AOL's aquisiton of ICQ, God only knows to the lengths these people will go in order to keep their logos, symbols, and fair-use act material from the public domain. (...and based on my experience, these are some censoring-::bleep:: people.) The material (images, banners, sarcasm, wit, charm et al.) on this site, however, is 100% free to use in the public domain as long as credit is given back to the site http://surf.to/aol-icq.
