The road and cool-looking stone wall that borders most of the roads up there
Some of the beautiful view from up on the Bwlch
Me and Colin...and man, it was pretty cold and windy up there!
A picture can't really capture the feel of being up there...the hills are massive, not rugged like the Rockies, but so huge and bare that you can't help but feel tiny.
Here's a pic of me sitting on the edge of a cliff-thing...not a sheer drop off, but steep enough that if Colin had come up behind me and booted me hard enough in the rear, I probably wouldn't have stopped moving until I reached the very bottom of got skewered by a tiny tree. It was very cool up there...it felt like if I looked far enough, I'd be able to see all the way to Canada!
Two of the many waterfalls decorating the mountainsides
Sandie, waiting patiently while I look for sheep (after all, am technically a tourist!)
I did find a sheep! But it was about 60 feet below us. I just hoped that it wouldn't get hit by a car or anything...apparently, it happens pretty often because the sheep are too stupid to move.
Me, Colin, and a lot of cold water
Try as I did, I never did get to pet any sheep!
The awesome pics I took from the car as we were driving home
