Thanks Parents and Seniors for signing up at the Project Graduation meeting on September 10th, to help in various areas to make the Haunted House a success. If you did not attend that meeting, there are still plenty of jobs open. Contact Jennifer Rodgers to sign up or attend the next meeting on Wednesday, October 8th.
Haunted House point system will be explained at the meeting on Wednesday, October 8th.
Parents, if you didn't see the note at the meeting, suspensions for pulleys and hanging nets, etc. with senior actors can only be used if the parent or legal guardian takes responsibility for hanging and securing equipment for their child.
Parents are still needed to follow tour with Senior Tour Guide Leaders through the Haunted House (3 per night), directing traffic (3 per night), and at the exit area (3 per night).
Seniors and parents need to start thinking of ideas for the rooms and gathering decorations. If you have any thoughts or ideas, bring them up at the next meeting or call Jennifer Rodgers.
Parks and Recreation will provide us with decorations, but don't hesitate to bring some if you have them on hand.
Drinks that were leftover from the Rice Festival Parade sales will be donated to the Haunted House and all of those involved in acting, leading tours, parents, and etc.
If you know of any police officer who would like to volunteer for the Haunted House and the security officer, contact Jennifer Rodgers A.S.A.P. He/She will need to work Wednesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 30th, from 6:30 to 9:30.
