It is from this very site that you will be able to nominate your favorite chat member in a number of categories, some of them old, and some brand new (largely in part because we now have sound and voice in our present chat room). There is even spaces on the nomination page to suggest a category which is not listed and nominate someone in that category.
Nominations will be only be accepted until March 20th, 2004 and only on the proper computer form. Chat members are encouraged to urge other chat members to visit this site and make their nominations.
After the closing of nominations the voting page will be opened and chatters can vote for their favorites in each of the categories. Voting will end on March 30, 2004 at which time the votes will be tallied. Winners will be announced at the "On-Line Homoscar Party" on April 3, 2004.
