2001 FLY-IN UPDATE
The PFC October meeting saw the first discussions of our 2002 Beach Party Fly-In. The general concensus was that everyone felt the 2001 event was a great success, but several members are concerned about the possible financial liability to the club shou
the weather not cooperate with us.
In the end, Jim Ricciuti was asked to make a presentation to the members at the November meeting, indicating his willingness to take on the job of coordinating the 2002 event once again, and to present a list of members willing to put in a similar amou
of effort, which was considerable, to last year, in order to make another event as successful as the first. Of course, we have no control over Mother Nature, so that variable will always be a problem.
All members are requested to be at the November meeting, as the resulting discussions, and vote, will be of extreme importance to the club. We do need your opinion.
