Perhaps the most graceful of all of the creatures of Middle Earth, the Elves are tall and fair. They are excellent craftsmen, and there is a beauty to all they create. From their raiment to their weapons to their dwellings, there is an art in it all. The Elves are magical creatures, and the makers of the first ring of power. They are strong but gentle, and their footsteps are sure and well-paced. Most of all, elves are immortal, unless they are killed, and when they have had their fill of Middle Earth, they pass over into the Grey Havens, where most of the elves live now.
