On 9 September the 16 year old Anna was married to the 24 year old Franz Paula Josef Anton, Count von Walsegg and went to live at his castle at Stuppach near Gloggnitz. A special dispensation was required for the marriage and there is a local belief that the marriage was frowned upon at Court.
