Whats our worth
not in silver or gold.
Not material things we've gained. 
It's the worth of the heart
that grows when it's been pained.




Whats our worth to 
the ones left behind.
Our lifes legacy left 
will it be kind.




what will our friends 
and family have to say. 
About how we lived our 
life every day.




When we leave this earth 
never more to roam.
Will others know our 
Heavenly Father took us home. 




Will others know as we 
passed this way. 
That we touched a life 
in some little way.




Will they say our heart 
was filled with giving.
Did they see in us a 
life that was worth living.




Did we live a life 
that put others first.
Could they see in us a 
hunger and thirst .




Whats our worth do you know?
To ourselves we must be true.
Did our life touch another.
Did we uplift a sister or brother.



Did they watch us pass this way
and not make life better.
Did they see the love of God 
in us when life was bitter.





Whats our worth to 
our Heavenly Father.
Its how we lived and 
loved one another.




Whats our worth do you see!
God gave His only Son 
to die for you and me. 
He paid the price our sin to free. 





Whats our worth only God knows.
His love for us begins to show.
When we go home to be with Him.
Our worth we'll know but not   
till then.
