Information Assurance Auditor(XXXXXX, XXX. XX XXXXX XXXXXXXXX, XX (1998-Present): Responsible for the development of a security program that integrates procedures cocerning physical security, law enforcement, personal security and information assurance (computer security) desgined to protect AMC installations in the US and overseas. I am the primary adivior to the Comand Force Protection Officer concerning information assurance policies, procedures and counter measures. As such I assist the Headquarters and Seven major suborinate commands and thirty-one installations in developing information assurance programs that conform to DOD regulations.
Country Attache Cairo Country Office, Cairo, Egypt (1994-1998). Served as the principal advisor to 15 U.S. Ambassadors located in East Africa nations. I developed policies to improve the operational performance of XXXXXXXXX organziations. I assisted these organizations in the intergration of appropriate levels of investigative technology into their operations. Developed extensive training programs in Kenya, Ethiopia and Egypt in order to improve their communicaiton and information techolology capabilities.
Chief Radio Technical Operations XXXXXXXXX XX (1991-1994). Designed and deployed a nationwide UHF radio system, a worldwide HF radio system, communications security devices and a automated message handling system. Developed appropraite operational and security polies and implemented prodedures to ensure compliance.
