Status of car since November 24,2002 - Washed car, took back trim out, removed headliner, tool kit, took out battery, took off engine plate, and took out center caps from wheels.
Updated on November 25 - Took seats out, vaccumed inside of car, and took out spare tire.
Updated on November 28, 2002 - Used 150, 320, and 400 grit sandpaper on engine plate, and took out carpet from trunk.
Updated on December 5, 2002 - Sanded and polished engine plate. It needs to be painted. Sanded a little part of wheel to see what it may look like.
Updated on December 24, 2002 - Painted engine plate. It needs a little more work. The colour is midnight blue.
Updated on December 25, 2002 - Finished engine plate. Screwed it back onto engine with polished screws.
Updated on December 27, 2002 - Jacked up car, and put it on jack stands. Took off both front wheels. Started to sand one of the wheels. All sanding is done by hand.
Updated on January 2, 2003 - Polished first wheel, three more to go. More poshing to wheel needed.
Updated on January 17, 2003 - Sanding second wheel. Up to 320 grit. 400, 600, 1000, 1500, 2000, and polishing left.
Updated on January 18, 2003 - Polished second wheel. Need to polish both again before I put them back on my car.

Updated on January 20, 2003 - Took center piece from tail lights off.
Updated on January 21, 2003 - Used two blow dryers to heat up the glue on the tail light case. I pryed up the lense with screw drivers. When lense was off, I had to cut the plastic cover on each side. The last picture is of the tail light wiring. I bought that and two blubs for the European tail light coversion.
Later that day... I finished one side of the tail lights. The socket locks in properly. I had to trace an outline of existing holes to make the new ones. Instead of making reflectors for the bulbs, I'm going to get some chrome spray paint.
Updated on January 23, 2003 - I have to use a different program to upload pictures now, so it is going to look worse. Anyways, I used tape to cover the cover for the tail light. I painted it with bumper chrome spray paint. I glued the tail light back together and screwed it back onto my car. If you click the link, it will take you to a yahoo briefcase. Updated on January 25, 2003 - Owen came over to help splice the wires for the new lights. He cut the new wiring harness and matched them up with the wires from the other side of the taillight. He soldered the wires and then taped them back up with electricians tape. If you can't tell, the middle lights light up now. The pictures in this update are 51-57.
Updated on February 2, 2003 - I set up my bumper to be repainted. I got a black spray paint. It will be a flat colour with a bit of shine. I put plastic up on my car to keep the spray paint off the body. I've already put two coats on. Tomorrow, I will take off the plastic. The pictures in this update are 58-61.
Later that night... I sprayed four coats of paint on the bumpers. I took the plastic and tape off the car. I also took a picture of the hole I have in my muffler. New pictures are 62-64.
Updated on March 2, 2003 - I've finished sanding my third wheel and am working on my fourth. I am almost done polishing my third wheel. European lights only work when brakes are pressed. New pictures are 65-67.
Updated on March 18, 2003 - I glued the headliner to the cardboard. I ordered a DynoMax Cat Back Exhaust. It will feature 2.5 inch pipes and stainless steel tips. New picture is 68.
Updated on March 19, 2003 - I glued the top part of the headliner on the cardboard. New picture is 69.
Updated on March 22, 2003 - I finished sanding my rims. I still need to polish a few spots on other rims. The wheels are now back on my car. New picture is 70.
Updated on March 23, 2003 - The headliner is now back in the car. Everything is back in its place except for the seats. New picture is 71.
Updated on March 27, 2003 - I bought a K&N Universal Filter and an exhaust tip. I cut the exhaust tip and installed both tip and filter. New picture is 72.
Updated on March 31, 2003 - My Dynomax came and is sitting in my garage waiting to get installed. I need to fix a leak. I bought some fleece to make seat covers. They are white, so they will get dirty quickly, but I like white. New pictures are 73-75.
Updated on April 3, 2003 - The driver's seat now has a new fleece seat cover. New picture is 76.
Updated on April 17, 2003 - Took car out to show off wheels. Will try to get muffler installed next week. New pictures are 77-80.
