Once you have filled in the application form and submitted it to RingSurf you will receive instructions from them on how to add both the HTML and our Maple Leaf© graphic to your site. The next step is to paste the HTML code onto the webpage you registered. NOTE: If you have joined using http://www.mysite.com/index.html and the ring fragment appears on http://www.mysite.com/rings.html, your application will NOT be approved.
Please do not link directly to the Maple Leaf image, but right click on it, save it to your hard-drive and upload it to your server the same as you did with any other photos you may have on your web site. The graphic is copyright protected and is to be used for the RingSurf table only. IMPORTANT: Once this step is completed your site will be added to the ring.
All new applications to join the ring MUST have the html fragment in place within 10 days of applying, otherwise you will be removed from the queue and will need to re-apply. If you change your site information, do not apply as a new site, simply log on to RingSurf and change your information there. The final Canadian Show Dogs RingSurf table will look like the non-working sample below:
