NEWS FLASH! "Anybody attending the Juno Awards on March 12 at the SkyDome would be well advised to bring earplugs. Boy band The Moffatts, known to attract hysterical, screaming, young female fans, will host the event, airing live on CBC-TV at 8 p.m. The Moffatts will also perform at the awards. Tickets are on sale for $50.75 and $75.75 at Ticketmaster, or call 870-8000."
