The World Wrestling Entertainment promotional machine is in full force with the conclusion of the recent overseas Smackdown tour, and now with the next in a series of visits by WWE Superstars to visit the remaining U.S. troops stationed in and around Kuwait. The morale of these young men is crucial to the task at hand. The fact that WWE has chosen to lend talent and support to the cause only strengthens the organization on several levels of thinking.....

- WWE will hold a press conference this coming Tues in Los Angeles to announce that the ME for WWE Summerslam will have World Champion HHH facing Goldberg.
- The Undertaker requested to be removed from the recent WWE overseas tour due to the health of an elder family member.
- Jim Ross will take some time away from the WWE cameras in order to sell his recent burn injuries from WWE Raw.
- Newest T-shirt design for NWA TNA : the front says Watch Your Back..... the back says Your Competition Has Arrived.
- WWE Tough Enough 3, which aired in the States last season, begins today in the UK on SKY ONE. There are no plans to continue the series, as WWE has been unsuccessful in shopping a fourth season to a network.
- Ivory, Terri and the APA are on a 3-day tour of Kuwait, meeting the US soldiers.
- An apparent typo error has WCW World Ch Wrestling live in Columbus, Ga at the Civic Center on Jan 1, 2004.
- The Jul 25 issue of Entertainment Weekly has a 2-page feature on Mick Foley entitled One Giant Leap For Mankind..... Speaking of Foley, he is scheduled to appear on the Jimmy Kimmel show this Mon night on ABC.
