Sunday afternoon, July 7, 2002... The last time we talked, I was thinking about buying a new car. With the Thunderbird having passed the 200,000 mile mark and another fall and school year coming up, plus not having bought one since Nov of 1994, I felt that the time was right. On Fri afternoon, I bought a new, 2002 Honda Accord V-6 Coupe. The car is Naples Gold Mettalic on the exterior, and has an Ivory interior. And no, I couldn't part with the Bird. There are now two cars in my backyard, each of them with special meaning to me. The Honda is going to get very good gas mileage, so I'm told. This is my first Honda.... The final grades came from my First Semester course, and I made an A. The class I'm now in, which began last week, is a Special Education class in Community and Parent Relations, which probably would've really helped me this past year. It looks to be a bit more of a challenge, and is taught, in part, online... Isn't Summer great?? It's my favorite time of the year. Hope yours is going well. I'd love to hear from you.
