Among my interests, I love to travel! I live in one of the most beautiful vacation destinations in Canada, but I still enjoy good get-aways. The photo above is a flower bulb farm outside LaConner Washington, when I visited the annual Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. I'll post some of my other favourite places and experiences. Calgary & Edmonton-Alberta: Home of the famous Calgary Stampede. If you enjoy rodeos, horses and the cowboy scene, this is the province for you! The Edmonton area is special to me, because I have relatives who live in this vicinity

San Francisco-California: Perhaps my first major trip outside Canada. To celebrate my college graduation,I escaped to the city by the Bay for a week of exploration and fun. I recall mixed memories of this time in my youth.

Oslo-Norway: I have friends living outside this lovely capital city. Norway is very similar to my home in British Columbia in terrain and weather. Therefore I felt most at home and got around quite easily.
