Tighten the whole square, by pulling each piece.
You want to make it as snug as you can.
Choose a long tail, and wrap it all the way around the plaited square,
running
it between the two ends of each tail. This is the "keeper" which will act
as the
anchor for the first row of stitches.
When you have wrapped it all the way around the square, tuck it through
the loop formed by its' beginning.
