Turkey & Mozzarella Picnic Loaf

      Yield: 6-8 Servings
     

            1    Loaf, 1 1/2 lbs. round sourdough bread
          1/3 c  Kraft House Italian dressing
            6    To 8 fresh spinach leaves, stems removed
            1 c  part skim mozzarella cheese; divided (4 oz.)
            6 - 8 thin slices deli roast turkey breast
            1 sm. Red onion, thinly sliced
            1 sm. Tomato,  thinly sliced
          1/2 sm. Cucumber; thinly sliced (think I'd use green and red peppers here)

      Heat oven to 350 deg.  Cut slice from top of bread loaf, remove center,
      leaving 1/2" shell ( use bread for crumbs or croutons).
    Lightly brush inside of shell and top with
      dressing. Fill shell with spinach, 1/2 cup cheese, onion, turkey,
      tomato, cucumber, and remaining cheese.  Cover top of bread loaf;
      wrap in foil. Bake 45 mins. Cool 10 mins.
    Cut into wedges; serve hot or cold.
