50 hamburger buns split
7 lb flaked tuna drained
3 small onions, minced
3 c. celery minced
5 c. light or nonfat mayonnaise
100 cheese slices
Combine tuna, onion, celery and mayonnaise and spread on split buns
make open face sandwiches. Bake on cookie sheets at 350F for 20-25
minutes, (watch that the buns don't get too crispy)
or until topping is hot. Top each with a slice of cheese and
return to oven for another 5 minutes, or until cheese melts.
1 serving is 2 open face sandwiches.
