Green Goddess Salad Dressing


    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. anchovy paste
    3 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
     3 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
    1/3 c. snipped parsley

    Gently whisk all ingredients together to combine.  This makes a creamy
    pale green delicious dressing.  Serve over a mixed lettuce salad. Easily increased.
    Chill before serving to combine flavors.  Don't be afraid to use the anchovy paste.
