Sloppy Joe's


       1 1/2  lbs.          gr. beef
       2      Tbsp.         vinegar
       1      Tbsp.         br. sugar
         1/4  c.            water
       1   tsp. hotdog mustard or use powdered mustard for more zip
       1      tsp.   salt
       2      c.  finely  chopped celery
         1/4  c.     finely  chopped onion
       2      Tbsp.   finely   chopped gr. pepper
       1      c.     catsup
       1      Tbsp.   lemon juice

    Fry meat in frying pan, breaking it up and cooking until no longer pink.  Drain off the grease.
    In a med. pot, mix all the other ingredients and add the meat to that.  Simmer for 15 - 20 min.
    Serve on hamburger buns.  Add cheese slices if desired.
    Serve with potato salad or potato chips and fresh fruit chunks.  Serves 6-8
